Vlatkom Cvrtilom, Veleučilište VERN, i Zrinkom Vučinović, Offline Solutions, objavio je članak pod naslovom “Croatia’s Police and Security Community Building in the Western Balkans“ u časopisu „Eastern Journal of European Studies“, u izdanju akademskog nakladnika Centre for European Studies (CES), Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi, Romania, koji se, između ostalih, indeksira u bazama Web of Science (WoS) i Scopus.
