Job title: Research assistant
Nikolina Rajković completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Turkish Studies and Sociology at the University of Zagreb and earned a M.A. degree in History at the Central European University (CEU) in Budapest.
After completing her studies, she devoted herself to work in the non-governmental sector. For several years, she conducted research on industrial and labor actions in the post-socialist period in Croatia. She later focused on public and common goods, as well as on conducting qualitative research on mass mobility (railways and the automotive sector), public sector management (healthcare, waste management, postal services), and sustainable tourism. She has worked on European Commission–funded projects, including Erasmus and Horizon Europe projects related to the green and digital transition, as well as a just transition.
She is currently employed as a research assistant at the Department of Culture and Communication, Centre for the Sociology of Media and Digital Society. Since late 2025, she has been pursuing a PhD in Sociology at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb.
