Daniela Angelina Jelinčić and Danijela Hrman participated in the final partner meeting of the “More than a Village” (MTaV) project, held on 18-19 November 2025 in Debrecen, Hungary. The meeting was organized by one of the project partners, Hajdú-Bihar County Government (HBCG). After presentations on HBCG activities, with a special focus on the silver economy, all project partners signed a transnational cooperation agreement for sustaining the “More Than a Village” network.

Two study visits to local stakeholders were organized. The first one, “Milk Mill and Meat Farm” in Sárrétudvaria, is an example of a successful family business that transformed a historic local mill into a modern enterprise integrating smart, innovative solutions into the production of milk, milk products, and meat products. The second is the Derecske Adventure Garden, located on what is recognized as “Hungary’s Most Beautiful Estate”. The visit offered insight into a diverse family-run operation encompassing fruit cultivation, crop production, and juice processing, all supported by smart approaches.

During the second day, dedicated to the third work package led by IRMO, Danijela Hrman presented the current status and future activities of the project, with a particular focus on the dissemination of project results. Daniela Angelina Jelinčić led and coordinated a workshop focused on identifying effective approaches for engaging and mobilizing policymakers.

The representative of the Joint Secretariat praised IRMO’s work on the Tools, which now serve as a benchmark for other InteregCE projects.

The meeting concluded with an open discussion that summarized key lessons learned and defined plans to ensure continued progress.
