Mr. sc. Krševan Antun Dujmović, expert adviser in the Department for European Policies at IRMO, published an article on Sunday, 1 February 2026, in the daily newspaper Glas Slavonije, entitled “The Trump Doctrine Is a Major Opportunity for the EU to Become a Global Player.”
The article analyzes US–EU relations in light of recent US announcements regarding the acquisition of Greenland and the establishment of a Peace Committee—an initiative of US President Donald Trump that would be tasked with overseeing the peace agreement and reconstruction in the Gaza Strip.
