The handbook was developed within the Adriadapt project, co-financed by the Interreg Italy-Croatia program and the authors of the Handbook are Ana-Maria Boromisa and Anastasya Raditya-Ležaić. The handbook is intended for decision-makers at the local and regional level, having in mind the current moment of recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, and the establishment of a new multi-annual program framework in the EU. It outlines the currently available sources of funding for climate adaptation projects: at the local, regional, national, European and global levels; and the possibilities for private funding.

The Handbook was presented at the National Conference “Climate is changing – let us change, too!” On Tuesday, May 11, 2021, organized by PAP/RAC, Croatian Meteorological and Hydrological Service, City of Vodice, Šibenik-Knin County and the Society for Sustainable Development Design.

The publication is currently available in Croatian language, but it will be translated to English and Italian soon.
