Over the past few months, IRMO’s researchers have organized and conducted a series of in-house workshops aimed at our research assistants. The goal of these workshops was to provide structured insights and practical knowledge in key aspects of scientific and project-related work.
Through interactive lectures and workshops, young colleagues strengthened their competencies in scientific writing, project proposal preparation, teamwork, and meeting organization, and were further empowered for successful professional development in the fields of social and natural sciences.
The workshops were led by IRMO experts:
- Dr. Daniela Angelina Jelinčić – on scientific writing: structure, style, and publication.
- Dr. Sanja Maleković and Dr. Sanja Tišma – on preparing project proposals, with a focus on EU funding.
- Dubravka Prelec – on teamwork and the importance of good communication and mutual respect.
- Maja Hoić – on IRMO’s library resources and their importance for scientific work.
- Dr. Ana Maria Boromisa – on climate change and the need for an interdisciplinary approach.
IRMO continues to support young scientists through education and fostering collaboration – because knowledge is power, and unity is the key to success!
