The delegation of Hanns Seidel Foundation, with regional director for Southeast Europe, Klaus Fiesinger, PhD and the Head of Zagreb Office Aleksandra Markić Boban,MA visited IRMO on 16th of February 2023 in order to discuss potential modalities of co-operation in the coming period.
The IRMO’s director Sanja Tišma, PhD, presented the institutional structure of IRMO, provided a short overview of IRMO’s history and described spheres of interest of its researchers. Research adviser Sandro Knezović, PhD presented IRMO’s research in the specific field of security and defence, as well as the basic project framework for co-operation in the forthcoming period.
The meeting was also attended by Ms Elisa Norvanto (PhD Candidate, National Defence Academy, Finland) and Mr Lukas Bittner (Austrian Ministry of Defence), who will co-operate with IRMO in the upcoming project activities.
