The book published by Latvian Institute for International Relations from Rigadeals with the Euroscepticism in small EU member states. Starting from the analyses in seven small EU member states (Luxembourg, Ireland, Portugal, Finland, Latvia, Bulgaria and Croatia), the editor of the book Karlis Buskovskis gives comparative overview and and evaluation of the current situation and future trends. Contributions for the book are prepared by international team of experts and analysts which followed common methodological approach. In the chapter “How Eurosceptic is Croatia?” Visnja Samardzija analyses to which extend is the Euroscepticism present among political elites and public opinion, what are the economic arguments for and against membership, and reflects on security and foreign policy discourse. The book was published in cooperation with the Friedrich Ebers Stiftunf.
