New book “Edible Experiences: The Science and Art of Food Perception” by IRMO researcher, Daniela Angelina Jelinčić, has been published by Ethics Press. It is the adapted text of a Croatian version of her book “Znanost i umjetnost doživljaja hrane” (Jesenski i Turk, 2023) prepared for the Anglo-Saxon market. The success of the Croatian version of the book alongside interest by foreign colleagues, collaborators and the publishing house drove her to prepare the book in English.
