The Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO) conducted the final workshop on March 26, 2025, as part of the process of preparing the Culture Development Plan of Split-Dalmatia County for the period 2025 – 2030. The workshop was held in cooperation with the Administrative Department for Culture, Sports and Technical Culture of Split-Dalmatia County, and was led by IRMO experts Dr. Sanja Tišma and Dr. Daniela Angelina Jelinčić, with the support of Marko Raič, assistant at IRMO’s Department for Culture and Communication.

At the beginning of the workshop, the participants were addressed by Željko Primorac, Head of the Administrative Department, and Stipe Čogelja, Deputy Head of Split-Dalmatia County.

The purpose of the workshop was to present the measures previously defined through a series of workshops and to identify concrete activities for the implementation of those measures. Additionally, the workshop focused on defining the timeline and responsible stakeholders for implementing the activities in the upcoming strategic period.

During the workshop, participants, including representatives of cultural institutions, associations, local authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, defined activities that will enable the realization of the Plan. This final workshop represents an important step toward the finalization of the strategic document that will guide the cultural policy of Split-Dalmatia County in the coming years, while ensuring broad community participation in the cultural sector.
