The Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO) continues its activities on the preparaton of the Culture Development Plan of Split-Dalmatia County for the period 2025–2030. As part of this process, the IRMO team, led by Dr. Daniela Angelina Jelinčić, held the second workshop in Split on February 13, 2025. Alongside Dr. Jelinčić, the IRMO team included the Institute’s Director Dr. Sanja Tišma and Assistant Marko Raič.
The goal of the second workshop was to define the vision and objectives for the Plan for the upcoming period. Workshop participants actively contributed to the discussions, engaging in structured dialogues and interactive methods to shape the vision and objectives.
Further activities will include one more workshop, continued communication with stakeholders, and an analysis of collected data to refine the final Plan. The Culture Development Plan of Split-Dalmatia County for the period 2025–2030 represents a key document that will guide cultural policy and the development of cultural initiatives in the upcoming strategic period.
