Analysis of the cultural policy framework of Montenegro with a focus on the Law on Culture

“Analysis of the Cultural Policy Framework of Montenegro with a Focus on the Law on Culture” (hereinafter referred to as the Analysis) includes an analysis of the current legal framework in culture and related to culture (culture in the highest-level regulations, organization, management and decision-making in culture, regulations on financing culture and tax policy, sectoral regulations in culture, regulations related to cultural heritage, copyright, regulations in the field of labor and social law), findings of research that has already been collected or is in progress on cultural resources and development trends in the culture of Montenegro). The main objective of the Analysis is to detect and elaborate the main features of the Law on Culture and to study its content. The conducted analysis will provide a basis and insights into the state of the cultural policy framework of Montenegro and specifically the Law on Culture, which has an indirect or direct impact on the work and activities of the cultural sector, its management, programming, financing, planning, trends in changes and opportunities for development.
