Embassy of France, Centre of Excellence and Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs organised diplomatic seminar. The main topic of the seminar was the role of European diplomacies in supporting climate change mitigation and adaptation. Seminar gathered around 20 participants from various countries. Boromisa, PhD had a lecture “Blueprint for Paris, the Energy Union and the Energy Community” dealing with climate diplomacies within the EU and the members of the Energy Community and relationship between traditional, economic, energy and climate diplomacies.
