Institute for Development and International Relations and Zagreb Office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation have a pleasure to invite you to participate in an on-line discussion entitled “EU Council Presidency in a Difficult Time – Croatian and German Case in 2020”. Apart from representatives of the aforementioned two organisations, the debate will gather also the Head of Representation of the European Commission in the Republic of Croatia, H. E. Mr. Ognian Zlatev, the Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany in the Republic of Croatia, H. E. Dr. Robert Klinke, Head of the Secretariat of the Croatian Presidency of the Council of the EU, Mr. Gordan Markotić and a former Austrian and European diplomat, Dr. Andreas List.
