Institute for Development and International Relations , in co-operation with the Hanns Seidel Foundation (Zagreb Office) and Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb, held the 22nd ŠipanSummer School in Dubrovnik, from the 20th to 24th June 2024, entitled ‘Charting a New Course? European Foreign and Security Policy in a World of Power Politics’.

The Summer School focused on Common Foreign and Security Policy of the EU, challenges to European security in a contemporary international environment, and the impact of Russian aggression on Ukraine onto main determinants of international affairs.

As a representative of the Institute for Development and International Relations, Sandro Knezović, PhD participated as a lecturer, with the presentation entitled ‘Future of Common Security and Defence Policy of the EU’.
