Assertive Policies of Russian Federation – Consequences for Arms Control and European Stability

The Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO) will organize three round tables on the topic ‘Assertive Policies of Russian Federation – Consequences for Arms Control and European Stability’.
The first one will focus on the very concept of arms control, existing dilemmas and challenges in contemporary security environment.
The second round table will debate European security environment in the context of Russian aggression in Ukraine, with special reflection on the issue of arms control.
The third one will concentrate on consequences of Russian aggression in Ukraine in the field of arms control and security in Southeast Europe.
