Making a “Climate Landscape Analysis for Children in Croatia” to serve as a foundational document for UNICEF Croatia to guide advocacy, build strategic partnerships and design programmatic interventions that address emerging climate, environment, energy and disaster risk (CEED) challenges affecting children in Croatia. A comprehensive review of existing legislation, other data, and relevant materials, as well as stakeholder mapping, will be conducted to identify key partners. The research methodology includes qualitative data collection, including the perspective of young people. The aim of the project is to provide strategic, evidence-based support for improving the well-being of children and their families in Croatia. The analysis seeks to inform the development and implementation of policies and services that respond to the needs of children. The project supports the creation of integrated, coordinated systems that protect and promote children’s rights, with an emphasis on early intervention, prevention, and inclusive practices.
