Sandro Knezović, Ph.D participated at the 23rd Joint Seminar on European Integration Processes, organized by the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs of the Republic of Croatia, and the Zagreb office of the Hanns-Siedel-Stiftung, held in Dubrovnik, from 11th to 14th October 2021. As a regular lecturer at this seminar, he held a presentation entitled ‘European Security Perspectives – The importance of the EUGS’.
This year’s Seminar focused on the future of Europe and its perspectives and role in the regional and global arena. The topics included decision-making process in the EU, the enlargement of the EU, the Next Generation EU financial framework, and the future of diplomacy. Participants at the Seminar were renowned European professionals, diplomats, and members of the academic community. The seminar is an annual gathering of experts designed to provide support for young and mid-career diplomats from Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe.
