Advising the National IPA Coordinator of Albania in the field of foreign aid coordination

Analyse the institutional setup and mandate of the National IPA Coordinator with regard to external assistance coordination, including responsibilities related to reporting on external assistance.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the analytical system for monitoring external assistance, examining its functionality, data flows, and performance.

Prepare a set of actionable and prioritised recommendations aimed at improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency of external assistance coordination.

Analyse Croatia’s experience with the implementation and use of the Recovery and Resilience Facility, identifying relevant lessons learned and good practices.

Organise a workshop with the Office of the National IPA Coordinator to present the assessment findings and proposed recommendations.
