The publication EU 27 Watch intends, in a clear, concise and analytical manner, to give a summary of the most important discussions which are held on certain current problems in each EU member state and in candidate countries. The report on Croatia has analyzed the application of the Lisbon Treaty, EU enlargement policy towards the Western Balkans, the impact of economic and financial crisis in Greece on the EU, as well as possible impacts on Croatia, the signifi cance of the Europe 2020 Strategy, climate changes, EU energy policy and the adjustment of Croatian energy policy, the fi ght against corruption and improving relations with the neighbours in the region. In addition to Croatia, in preparing reports for the EU-27 Watch the candidate countries included are Turkey, Iceland and Macedonia.
