External evaluation of the Development Plan of Požega-Slavonia County 2021-2027.

The purpose of the evaluation of the Development Plan of Požega-Slavonia County 2021–2027 is to determine the extent to which the expected development directions, specific objectives, and measures, as well as related outcome and result indicators, have been achieved, and to assess the prospects for sustainable implementation; to identify probable causes and alternative courses of action aimed at improving results where performance is below expectations; to establish whether the achieved results have been attained in an economical manner and how greater efficiency can be achieved, within the framework of a value-for-money assessment; to consult key stakeholders on the process and outcomes of strategic planning documents; to define recommendations derived from the evaluation findings that can be applied in the preparation of new strategic planning documents or revisions of existing ones in order to enhance performance; and to contribute to future planning and decision-making in the relevant area of public policy.
