Scientific conference Mladen Machiedo: “Unusual everyday life of a Croatian Italianist”

Contribution to the organization of the scientific conference Mladen Machiedo: “Unusual everyday life of a Croatian Italianist” which was designed as part of a long-term cooperation between two institutions (Institute for Development and International Relations (IRMO) in Zagreb and Croatian Community in Trieste (HZT)) with the aim of promoting Croatian cultural heritage, Croatian artists and scientists in Trieste and vice versa, promoting Italian artists and scientists who live and work in Trieste at scientific conferences and exhibitions in Zagreb. In addition to presenting the scientific and artistic achievements of academician Mladen Machiedo, the documentary film will provide insight into a person of exceptional intellectual breadth.

The scientific conference would take place over two days at two locations: one day in Zagreb as part of scientific events at IRMO and one day in Trieste as part of the cultural event Pordenone Legge / Cinema Zero.
