The text provides an assessment of the enterprise policy in Croatia with particular focus on SME sector. The analyses cover seven policy dimensions and provide a set of policy recommendations to the government and small business community. The part of the analysis is based on the field survey of the 79 SME owners, managers and policy experts in five Croatian regions thus bringing forward the views and insights directly from the field. The assessment created synergies with the European Union Charter for Small Enterprise policy dimensions.
