Sanja Tišma, PhD, IRMO Director, presented the draft version the Development Strategy of the Institute for the time period 2017 to 2022. The Development Strategy of the Institute for Development and International Relations is the foundational document which defines the mission, vision, values and development goals of IRMO from 2017 until 2022. A discussion followed the presentation during which the employees of the Institute presented their views aimed at the enhancement of the Strategy and overal work of the Institute.
