Karolina Horvatinčić and Mira Mileusnić Škrtić are participating in the project “Promotion of Lifelong Learning” from  March 15 to May 25, 2018,  through five core theme modules with the duration of 145 hours:

    • Module 1: Access to adult education,
    • Module 2: Planning, organization and evaluation in adult education,
    • Module 3: Adult learning and teaching,
    • Module 4: Communication and group dynamics in adult education and
    • Module 5: Adult education methods.

The main aim of this project is to raise awareness of the importance of lifelong learning and increase participation / inclusion of adults in lifelong learning processes in order to boost adult competitiveness at national and local levels. The planned duration of the project is 3 years.

Taking into account lifelong learning of adults as one of the strategic goals of the Republic of Croatia, this project will try to respond to the problems perceived in the adult education system such as insufficient and inadequate offerings  of educational programs ,  lack of financial incentives for all stakeholders as well as situational barriers such as age , educational levels and others.

The project is funded under the Invitation to Proposals Operations Bodies as a direct allocation of funds under Priority Axis 3 “Education and Lifelong Learning”, Operational Program “Effective Human Resources” 2014-2020 “, and is implemented by the Agency for Vocational Education and Training of Adults.
