Within the project framework an analytical basis was drafted which identified the developmental changes in 14 public policies in the Republic of Croatia and included a change analysis through key indicators as well as conclusions regarding the identified changes in the development needs of the Republic of Croatia as compared to the status given in Chapter 1.1 of the Partnership Agreement for each thematic area. The analysis covers the period of 2013 to 2017.
