Overall objective of the action is to foster structured dialogue and formalized consultation between Croatian CSOs and national administration relevant for the energy issues within the process of shaping national public policy in the field of energy efficiency. The specific objective is to develop a socially sensitive national energy efficiency policy through a wide public consultation and discussion process. The overall purpose of the action is to contribute to enacting of the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan and its further implementation, through establishing cross-sectoral partnerships of public and civil society organizations and individuals active in the field of energy, by equipping the stakeholders with knowledge, know-how and experience and by including a wide circle of interested individuals in public consultation on the topic. The results to be achieved by the action are 1) Cross-sectoral partnership of organizations and individuals active in the field of energy efficiency established; 2) Energy efficiency stakeholders capacity built; 3) Criteria for state support in the field of energy efficiency proposed to the relevant authorities; 4) Energy efficiency action plan for households drafted and proposed for the inclusion in the National Energy Efficiency Action Plan; 5) Action publicly visible and widely recognised.
