In the framework of the Adriadapt Project (co-financed by the Interreg Italy-Croatia programme), IRMO experts are preparing a Handbook on the possibilities of financing climate change adaptation measures for the Adriatic cities and regions of Croatia and Italy. The handbook is intended for decision-makers at the local and regional level, bearing in mind the current circumstances of recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic as well as the creation of new programmes for the new EU Multiannual Financing Framework.
