In order to respond to the needs of the local labour market for educated leaders of EU projects, this project has developed two new programs: training program “Assistant in EU project preparation” and professional training program “Specialist for EU funds”. 20 young highly educated unemployed persons have successfully attended and finished professional training program lasting 120 hours. 11 attendees finished the program “Assistant in EU project preparation” online. The IRMO conducted education of 20 attendees. An info workshop was held within the project at the Development Agency of the Vukovar-Srijem County HRAST entitled “Reaching EU funds through Professional Knowledge”. It was primarily intended for local entrepreneurs planning to use EU funds, who need help because they cannot prepare the projects due to lack of knowledge and time.
