The purpose of this project (i) is to identify how much such has the government of the Republic of Croatia left to NGOs to participate within the process of forming and creation of laws and public policies; (ii) to identify the capacity of NGOs to be involved in this processes and (iii) to evaluate the implementation of the strategic documents which regulate this sector. The main purpose is to prepare recommendations for facilitation of this process for all stakeholders upon this inputs

Activities: questionnaires, interviews with all stakeholders, data collection about the implementation of the Right to Access Information Act, continuous follow-up of web sites of the Government, Croatian Parliament, creation of data base, analysis, meeting with key experts, monitoring the work of NGOs, presentation of results.
