“WB/STP Twinning Project” – Cooperation between Brodarski Institut and IMO in the Preparation of Project Proposals and Feasibility Studies for Nationally and EU Funded Projects

The purpose of the project was to exchange knowledge and experiences of two institutes on projects applying to national and international sources of funding, and the goal was to prepare the 6 joint proposals in the field of environmental protection and energy efficiency. The bases for monitoring tenders are prepared, as well as several examples of typical project applications (Intelligent Europe, IPA, NATO, etc.). Four workshops on preparing proposals and writing applications were conducted and 7 project ideas were identified which were developed in various stages of preparation. The majority of work was related to the preparation of the financial components of project applications and the development of complete applications for tenders.
