On 22nd – 24th July 2015, the second training of LADDER project on DEAR (Development Education & Awareness Raising) took place in Zagreb, Croatia. Presentation by Krešimir Jurlin, PhD on experiences of IRMO about the participative strategic planning and decision making in Croatia on the central level, in counties and on the local level.
More than 50 participants are attending the 3-days training, representatives of NGOS, Local Authorities, networks and associations from all around Europe and the neighborhood from the partner organizations of the EU founded project, organized by ALDA, in close collaboration with the Croatian Association of Counties, and delivered by the Hague Academy for Local Governance, both partners of LADDER project.
