Ivana Keser, PhD participated in the ‘4th International Maritime and Transport Law Course – transport law de lege ferenda’ organized by the Croatian Maritime Law Association, that was held from 11th to 16th of September 2023 at the Inter-University Center (IUC) in Dubrovnik. Dr Keser held a presentation on the topic ‘Port Area Video Surveillance in the Context of Port Resilience’ that focused on the resilience of ports and their ability to adapt to numerous threats and crises, as well as models of a possible implementation of resilience through the example of the real-time use of video surveillance technology adjoined with the algorithmic data processing and automated decision making.
