Development of the Study on the current state of housing needs and opportunities by local government units within Varaždin County

The subject of the study is the analysis of the current state of the housing stock, housing needs and development opportunities in all local government units within Varaždin County.
The study will provide a basis for making strategic and operational decisions in the field of housing, enable public policy planning, serve as a basis for the preparation of development documents and enable application to EU funds.
The objectives of the study are to conduct an analysis of the existing housing stock, determine demographic and socioeconomic indicators, identify the needs of different population groups, analyze the needs for purchasing and renting apartments, assess development opportunities, consider the role of local governments and the county in resolving housing issues, and develop recommendations and measures.
