Development Strategy of the Town of Labin was elaborated through a participative and holistic approach in such a way that developmental goals, priorities and measures, thus also development projects, focus on key challenges of the Town, but also are included and have their place in the strategic vision, goals and priorities determined by the Development Strategy of the Istria County and national strategic-planning framework. Key town development sources and potentials were identified. Goals, priorities, measures and projects were defined that will realize the development vision of the Town by 2020 and beyond. Also, all key projects were counted up that contribute to the development of the Town and financial and administrative frame was prepared for their implementation and for Strategy implementation monitoring.
