The Ex-ante Evaluation of the County Development Strategy of the Osijek-Baranja County for the period 2017 – 2020 has been conducted in accordance with the Guidelines for the Drafting of County Development Strategies, adopted by the ministry responsible for regional development. The goal of the ex-ante evaluation is to advance the quality of the county development strategy through the definition of recommendations for the improvement of certain parts of the strategy and the process of its drafting, in order to advance the strategic framework for the planning and implementation of development projects in the Osijek-Baranja County.
