The purpose of this project was to improve final quality of the Strategy through the assessment of its relevance, efficiency, harmonization, consistency, complementarity and sustainability. The project has made it possible to use the results of the ex-ante evaluation as a basis for continuous improvement of the management policy of the County development through creation of the basis for efficient and effective management, raising the level of knowledge and skills of the included stakeholders from the field of ex-ante evaluation and strengthening the responsibility of the key stakeholders of the County for use of the public resources and realization of sustainable results by the implementation of this Strategy.
