The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of the representation process within multinational companies through the EWC instrument by parties interested in industrial relations and by means of training, knowledge transfers and the study visit. The project has the following specific objectives: i) increasing the efficiency of the employee-representation system within multinational companies; ii) consolidation of transnational cooperation in order to ensure a permanent exchange of information and coordinated representation process within the EWC; iii) analysis of the level of understanding of the EU law and policies by the trade unions in countries on this project; iv) increasing the level of expertise and know-how of trade unions regarding the EU law and policies in the area of industrial relations through trainings and exchange of best practices. It is expected that as a result of this project the trade unions at the national level will establish a common EWC agendas for action.
