On-line training for the National and University Library working group for the preparation of the Development Strategy in the course of three months.
The goal of the project is to contribute to the knowledge and skills of the management and employees of the Library in strategic planning.
The expected effect is an increase in knowledge and an improved system of strategic planning and management in the Library.
