The overall objective of the project is to establish and institutionalise comprehensive, sustainable talent development systems for young researchers in different positions in the enlargement countries. In particular, it seeks to improve the interoperability of careers between the academic and non-academic sectors and to improve the employability of researchers and innovators through cross-sectoral cooperation. By strengthening excellence in human resources in line with the Council Recommendation on a European Framework for Research Careers and the European Charter for Researchers, the project aims to improve working conditions and create a framework for capacity building for micro-qualifications and credentials based on the European Competence Framework for Researchers. IRMO, in cooperation with partners, is tasked with developing a new qualification framework that will enable young researchers to acquire new skills necessary for career advancement according to the demands of the labour market in view of the green and digital transitions and will develop guidelines for public policies.

The lead partner is the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad.
