Associate Ivana Biondić participated in PONT Career Skills Training in Brussels from 14th to 18th May 2018. Five-day training was organized by TEPSA within the PONT project, which is co-funded by ERASMUS + and the Jean Monnet Institution Support Program. The training was attended by 21 young researchers from 16 European countries. The aim of the training was to improve the professional skills needed to carry out a project – from team building and project design through identifying all positive and negative aspects of a project to presentation of the project at conferences. In addition, attendees have perfected the knowledge about writing policy papers and presenting them to representatives of EU institutions.
