The purpose of the project is to complete the restructuring program of the company HT d.d. Mostar for the purpose of defining a new strategic framework and increasing competitiveness on the market. The project foresees a detailed functional analysis, benchmark analysis and analysis of the organizational structure of JP HT d.d. Mostar and a proposal for a new systematization of workplaces and a reward system for employees. Also, an analysis of training needs is being carried out, based on which a training program will be created, which will at least include training in project management and strategic planning, teamwork and sales techniques.
