In the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, an intensive process of drafting strategic development documents at all levels was launched in 2020. One of the projects is the development of the Development Plan for Canton 10, in which IRMO is one of the partners in charge of coordinating activities and implementing the strategic planning process related to environmental protection. At the beginning of the project IRMO prepared an analysis of the state of the environment, organized several online workshops with local stakeholders, participated in the preparation of a comprehensive SWOT analysis, the creation of a strategic framework – in defining the vision and goals, and in the preparation of concrete development measures. Also, an action plan in the field of environmental protection was drawn up and key environmental projects were identified
