Expert services for strategic planning, participatory management and consulting in the establishment of the Panonika Regional Center of Competence

The development of vocational education in the Republic of Croatia is one of the key priorities for strengthening the education system as a whole. This project aims to strengthen the Panonika Regional Center of Competence. The goal of the project is to create a Strategy and a three-year work plan for the Center. The service includes the creation of the Strategy and the three-year work plan of the Regional Competence Center, the moderation of strategic workshops, and the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of documents over three years, as well as the development of a proposal for a new strategic document for the next period.
