The activities within the project include defining methodologies and providing support for:
– labour market effect analysis (research design, data collection concept, data analysis, interpretation, visualizations (e.g. PPTX presentations/infographics) and recommendations
– fundamental assessment study on future energy sector labour markets in WB region
– international/EU comparative studies for RE-based energy transition employment aspects
– comprehensive toolbox of innovative labour market measures, including best practice instruments, systemic approaches, strategies for employment agencies, and job marketing concepts
– TVET (on-site advisory to TVET organization or GIZ project partners, concept for campaigning and advocacy for more green jobs in WB regions to the benefit of TVET institutions, pilot modular training concepts for max. 3 RE sector related professions)
