Within the framework of the project, research on the state and needs of civil society organizations in Croatia in the field of leadership will be conducted . The research includes analysis of relevant documents and reports, as well as a comparative review of the literature on leadership in civil society organizations in other countries. Furthermore, a qualitative and quantitative research on the current situation and needs in the field of leadership in civil society organizations in Croatia will be conducted.
In the continuation of the project, an educational leadership programme for civil society organizations, mentoring and coaching will be developed and implemented.
IRMO will conduct the research part of the project.
The project leader is the Professional Network of Women and Men of Croatia, and the project partners are the Algebra University College, IRMO, the Center for Civic Initiatives Poreč, associations Totalno dobro, Prostor imaginacija and Dobar dan from Zagreb, the association Žena from Drniš and the Pavlek Miškina Elementary School from Zagreb.
The goal of the Leadership Academy is to provide civil society organizations with individual, tailored support in the development of their leadership capacities.
