The project analyzed the legislative framework for the preparation and implementation of the institutional human resources management plan in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, recommendations for improvements in human resources management were made, and two human resources management plans were created – for the Institute of Metrology of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo and for the Republic administration for geodetic and property legal affairs in Banja Luka. The goal of the project was to provide professional assistance to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the human resources management system in the public and state sector. The purpose is to support the creation of a human resources management plan for two pilot institutions as a framework for application to all other institutions in the public and state sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Also, two trainings were organized to transfer knowledge and strengthen these competencies in the system. In general, the project contributed to the reform of public administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
