The project envisages the activity of conducting trainings for civil servants – especially for those directly involved in the coordination of the public administration reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina at various administrative levels.
As part of the project, it is planned to hold a 2×2 one-day workshop on planning and analytical skills.
The Planning Skills Workshop aims to allow participants to be reminded of and/or introduced to key knowledge and skills for clear policy making, and methods for assessing the effects of public policies.
The Analytical Skills Workshop aims to allow participants to be reminded of / introduced to the ways and methods of making an analysis of the current situation in public administration, with key analytical tools such as SWOT, PESTLE, TOWS analysis.
The planned trainings have the key goal of improving the knowledge and professional competencies of relevant participants within the structure for coordination of the public administration reform, based on the Strategic Framework for PAR as well as its operationalization through the PAR Action Plan.
