Project duration: 10/11/2025 – 31/03/2026
Client: HKD
Project manager: Sanja Tišma, PhD
The Development Strategy of the HKD is a document aimed at strengthening the role and activities of the Society within the sector and defining its long-term developmental direction. The purpose of the project is to enable the organization, through a structured and participatory process, to clearly define its priorities, goals, and future course of development, while also enhancing its organizational, programmatic, and governance capacities. The process is based on a combination of analytical insight and active involvement of members and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the Society’s vision and development needs are shaped collectively. IRMO acts as a facilitator, guiding the organization through the process of strategic reflection and decision-making. Through three strategic workshops, IRMO encourages discussion, structures collaborative work, and provides methodological support so that the members themselves can define the Society’s vision, mission, priority areas of action, and key objectives. The final outcome will be a strategic document shaped by the organization, grounded in joint work and reflection, and offering a solid framework for HKD’s development and activities in the coming years.
