The donor project is intended for the Government of Kosovo and was implemented partly in Priština. Involvement in the project included participation in the identification mission in Priština in the period from September 1-15, 2010 in order to
develop a proposal of strategic management and organizational support for the recently established Ministry of European Integrations, which should be carried out in the next three-years in Kosovo. IMO, based on experience and performance in Croatia, prepared the scope and the program of work and a plan for inter-ministerial cooperation for the three year period, which has been accepted and should begin its implementation in mid 2011.
